These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on this web site.
All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by UpTree. All prices are in US dollars and include GST

UpTree may vary prices, in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If UpTree requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to UpTree, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.


UpTree or its delivery agent/partner will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available, you will be notified of this by UpTree as quickly as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by UpTree to be authorised to receive the goods. You must ensure that a person is available to accept delivery of the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, UpTree may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. Buyer is responsible for providing shipment address, and UpTree will not be liable for the details provided. Once order is placed address cannot be changed. New order needs to be placed if order is dispatched.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery costs are automatically calculated and charged to your account upon checkout on basket. These deliveries will be made Monday to Friday.


In the event that an item is flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss a return and replacement. Email – info@https://uptree.us or info@uptree.com.au if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours. UpTree will be tracking the product through freight company tracking number provided – and 24 hour period starts from the date and time of delivery of product to Buyer. The returned items must be in new, unused, condition and in its original packaging. Any postage shipping charges for the return of the item are your responsibility.

**Please note custom made products and orders and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.


For each online order, you must pay: the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by UpTree; a message card if desired; and the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time. Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to UpTree is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the internet. At this stage, we can only accept payments using the methods stated in the Orders and Payment section of this web site. We are unable to accept COD charges. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched. Goods will be only dispatched after payment is cleared. Prices and range on this web site may vary from UpTree commercial sales pricing.


You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your email address. You are liable if your email address is used by an unauthorized person. You agree to release and indemnify UpTree in connection with any use (whether authorize or unauthorized) of your email address. UpTree may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.


UpTree aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web site. We have made every effort to display the true colour of the item, but this may vary due to computer settings, etc. Please contact us if you want to check colour. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods. 


UpTree will comply with UpTree’s Privacy Statement. UpTree will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order. 


Any liability of UpTree in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of UpTree be limited to:
1. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and 2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.


Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. UpTree may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.


All purchases under this web site and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.


We Accept Visa, Master Card and Paypal credit card. Payments from overseas customers are accepted via these methods.


Payment is to be made for the order to be placed and only then products will be dispatched to your address.


When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. To assist us in processing your order, please provide your land-line phone number. Delivery is via courier and can’t be to a post office box. Please note that an authorized signatory needs needs to be a the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods.
